What do I need to bring to a Money Advice Interview?
During the interview we produce a budget sheet showing your income/expenditure. To enable the advisor to do this we require proof of all your income.
Please bring:
- Letters from Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) confirming any benefits you are receiving (e.g. Income Support, Employment Support Allowance, Jobseekers Allowance, Universal Credit, Tax Credits, Pension Credits etc).
- Payslips
- A recent bank statement
- The most recent letters received from all your creditors
How long will the interview last?
We would advise to allow for a two-hour interview.
