You can request advice by filling out our online form below. We aim to respond within 5 working days but this may take longer during busier periods. If you are unable to wait for a response you can ring Adviceline on 0800 144 8848.

Please note that we are not an emergency service - if you feel you are in immediate danger call the police on 999. 

We need to record information about you to help with your enquiry. We have a legitimate interest to do this. If you would like more information about how we will use your data, please let us know.

Your information will be kept safe in our secure case management system. We will only pass information on if you have consented for us to do this or if we believe there is a risk of you or someone else suffering serious harm or a serious crime is planned or has been committed.
